Shipping Information

Shipping Liability: The merchandise becomes your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier. We will look at each incident carefully and make a determination on whether a replacement item will be mailed to costumer at no cost.

Currently we are using USPS for 95% of orders. Packages are personally brought inside the post office, scanned in at the front desk and a receipt is obtained. We are taking all precautionsĀ necessaryĀ to insure your package makes it to your destination in a timely manner.Ā 

The carrierĀ may be USPS, UPS ground or other.Ā 

Once we have received your order form we will begin productionĀ on your customizedĀ item. Our goal is to have your items finalized and in the mail within three days or purchase, however, there may be a two to four week backlog depending on current volume of orders.

We currently ship to locations within the United States, Canada, U.K and Ireland. For orders shipped outside of the United States it can take the packageĀ up to 30 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped.

All international orders buyer is responsible for any additional custom and duties fees.

Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed in writing with the carrier. Claims must be filed within the carriers specified time frame of receipt of shipment.
